(Any undesirable behavior can be an addiction, so identify your addictions of choice.)

Ask: What is going on from your perspective?

What is the pattern of what is going on?

What does this remind you of?
(How is the situation a mirror/projection of you?)

What’s your next step?
Realize that as you heal, your process will change.
