Walk

Walk

When you're struggling with knowing what to do,
 something as simple as taking a walk may make a difference.


Take a 10 to 15-minute walk to clear your mind and heart.

Pay attention to what's going on around you. 
What sights and sounds and smells do you notice?

How does your body feel as you walk?

If you can, find a still, quiet space inside.


What insights come to you?
